The store is open from nine o’clock until the closing bell at six, Monday through Saturday, and on Sundays by arrangement with the Floorwalker. Enquiries may be addressed to the Information Desk on the Ground Floor, beneath the great clock.
Correspondence should be sent to enquiries@furandfortune.example. Replies are composed in copperplate and dispatched by pneumatic tube, arriving within two to three working afternoons. Complaints will be received in the Complaints Room, a small velvet chamber with one chair and a very patient pigeon.
