About

Fur & Fortune opened its brass doors in the spring of 1904, under the proprietorship of Sir Reginald Tuftington, a gentleman cat of immense whisker and unimpeachable credit. The establishment now comprises six floors, one grand staircase, and a lift operated by Miss Ottoline Pounce, who has never once consented to ascend past the third landing without a short sit.

We offer, upon request, anything a distinguished feline may require: cushions, collars, curiosities, and counsel. Our motto is carved above the door in Latin, which none of the staff can read.
